Details of Incident
At 1600 hours on Tuesday 13/10/1998, Police searched 48 Backstone Road, Consett and the body of the Victim, Emma PEECH, born 28/07/1974 was discovered in the front bedroom of the home address. There was evidence that a violent struggle had taken place. The Victim was last seen leaving the Pontop View Hotel, Front Street, Dipton on the night of Saturday 10/10/1998.
